First and foremost, this company comes through with fast service.  We needed a plumber for two different projects. Hawkes installed a hybrid electric water heater that qualified for the National Grid rebate. They selected an excellent, very efficient model made in the USA. They knew the price up front, I paid at the beginning of the job, and they went all out to get the job done and ensure that all the plumbing around the water heater was in good condition. They weren't looking to cut corners or nickel and dime. They were friendly and respectful.
